I can’t speak any German yet: can I still apply? We would like you to have German language skills equivalent to B1 to help you tackle everyday life. However, you won’t have to prove anything. We strongly recommend you visit a German course as soon as you decide you would like to come to Germany. You can also take a language course during your stay and have the credits recognised at your home institution.
