Following his first positions as solo oboist at the Mecklenburgische Staatskapelle Schwerin and the Komische Oper Berlin, Daniel Barenboim appointed him to the same position at the Staatskapelle/Berlin State Opera. Her teachers included Prof. Bernd Zack - she also took part in masterclasses held by Elisabeth Leonskaja, Amadeus Webersinke, Peter Feuchtwanger, Pavel Gililov, Vitalis Margulis and Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau. Participation in the 4th Düsseldorf Messiae Festival, the French Music Days in Bremen and the Festival Mitte Europa are important stages of her music career. She completed her studies with a Diplom and a distinction in the concert examination.
